About
Software, not a call center.
Sentinel Patrol LLC is a small operation based in Texas, USA. There's no badge on this page we haven't earned yet, so here's what's actually true: who runs this, how accounts get set up today, and how to reach a person rather than a form.
Hands-on, on purpose
Self-serve signup exists in the product but isn't switched on yet — every account is set up by hand, usually the same day someone asks. That's not a limitation we're hiding: it means the person who answers your message is the same person who sets up your account and builds the product you'd be using.
What Sentinel does, plainly
The platform analyses the camera feeds you select and identifies the events you configure. It sends the alert; you and your staff decide what to do about it. Sentinel does not watch your cameras for you — the longer version, with what it is and isn't, is on the security page.
Who's behind it, and who's using it
Both of these are real gaps, not styling — we'd rather show an honest "coming soon" than a stock photo or an invented quote.

How to reach us
One address, answered by a person. No phone line or street address is published yet — when there is one, it will be here instead of this sentence.
We reply within one business day. Setup is about twenty minutes, on a call.
