Your trial starts the day we set your account up. Your card isn't charged until day 15; cancel from your billing page any time before then and you pay nothing.

The prices above are before tax. Stripe Checkout calculates and adds sales tax for your state before you pay.
Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan bills monthly with no annual commitment. Cancel any time from your billing page — the change takes effect through Stripe's secure portal, and nothing is locked in.
What counts as a camera?
Every camera you add to a site and enable. It counts once toward your plan’s camera limit whether it was auto-discovered or added by hand, and the limit is enforced the same way everywhere a camera can be added.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading below the camera count you’re currently using asks you to remove cameras first — Sentinel never disables a camera on your behalf to make you fit a smaller plan.
What happens if my card fails?
You can update your card any time from your billing page, which opens Stripe’s secure portal — the same place card changes and cancellations happen. Sentinel never sees or stores the card itself.
Do you sell hardware?
No. Sentinel works with the cameras already on the wall — UniFi Protect is auto-discovered, and any RTSP or ONVIF camera or NVR can be added from the panel. There is nothing to buy from us but the software.
