Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated

Using Sentinel means agreeing to the following, in addition to the Terms of Service.

Your own property or authority

Connect only cameras on property you own, lease, or otherwise have authority to record. Do not point a camera at, or connect a camera covering, a property you don't have that authority over.

No covert or prohibited recording

Do not use Sentinel for covert recording anywhere covert recording is prohibited by law — for example, private spaces such as restrooms or changing rooms, or any location where the people present have a reasonable expectation that they are not being recorded. Provide any notice or signage local law requires.

No harassment, stalking, or discrimination

Do not use Sentinel, or anything it detects or notifies you about, to harass, stalk, or discriminate against any person or group.

No reselling access

Your account and its access are for your own organization. Do not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Service to a third party as if it were your own product.
